Quadra Media LA's platform enables content owners to deliver their high quality video content to end-users connected to the Internet via any one of four (4) of well established types of broadband Internet service provider networks.

Quadra Media LA is in the process of establishing partnerships with broadband Internet service provider operators so as to promote the Spanish language video content services of its customers.

To make the content that is delivered to end-user households accessible via a television, Quadra Media LA's team are working with various hardware manufacturers that are focused on developing devices that will give end-users easy access to on-demand content delivered to their home.

Each of Quadra Media LA's customers will promote their content offering to end-users using various medians, including their own websites or via an introduction to the service by Internet broadband service provider networks.

Once the end-user wishes to access the Spanish language content, the end-user simply downloads an interface that automatically receives and stores the video content for 'on-demand' access by the end-user.
